The staff were so friendly especially Emerald. The manager was also very nice. Hotel is in a very good location close to union square and is really very good value for money in an otherwise expensive city. We really enjoyed our stay here.

Very good location convenient for main sites, spacious clean rooms, helpful staff, very reasonable prices. Owners clearly trying to upgrade and make a go of the hotel
Hotel currently being renovated which makes it look shabby from outside and in the lobby but this did not affect our enjoyment. Some problems with plumbing still needed sorting out. Breakfast consisted only of coffee and toast.

I do not like Abigail Hotel.
The hotel's facility is old. The door lock is not working properly. You can hear the noice from the street when you stay in the room. The breakfast was never changed; no fruat no milk.

The ladies that worked at the counter were all nice, but there wasn't anything else good except the price.
The room was filthy, the sink was disgusting, the toilet didn't flush properly. The carpet was dirty and hadn't been vacuumed. The elevator broke down. Bums everywhere outside.
